Requirements: - Approximately 15-20 MW of electrical capacity - Vacant land or existing industrial property - Power capacity available today or through a clearly defined near-term delivery path - Written confirmation from the utility provider confirming available electrical capacity Please note that vendor or broker estimates of potential future capacity will not satisfy the client's requirements. Utility documentation is essential.
