Internet links	Hi Gary Thanks for taking my husband?s call today. We are leasing 12,000 + sq ft in Mississauga (16 years). We were in the process of selling our business when our landlord advised us they would not be renewing our lease and therefore not accommodating our buyers. We MUST be out by Dec 31st. The Etobicoke property we were inquiring about today was MSG# 107263. No real info available so perhaps is not currently on the market. You were very helpful on the phone but honestly, we are overwhelmed and not sleeping, is not helping. I have a lifelong friend who is a commercial real estate broker in the Burlington area. I imagine he is not limited to that area. Our big dilemma is WHERE to go? Prices are at a peak at the moment. Any suggestions you may have are much appreciated as timing is critical.
