We are currently looking to hire an *experienced offshore or virtual professional* to manage and execute our *Canadian real estate YouTube strategy from start to finish*.

*Role & Responsibilities*

You will be responsible for managing the *entire YouTube and video marketing workflow*, including:

Developing YouTube channel strategies for Canadian Realtors -

Planning weekly and monthly content calendars -

Writing or refining *real estate video scripts* (buyers, sellers, market updates) -

Coordinating video production with hosts or Realtors -

Uploading, optimizing, and managing YouTube videos -

Creating SEO-optimized titles, descriptions, and tags -

Designing or coordinating thumbnails -

Managing YouTube Shorts strategy -

Tracking performance and improving watch time and lead conversion -

Ensuring content aligns with Canadian real estate standards and professionalism
