I would like to help a young farmer get started, without him / her having to raise huge money to buy the land. I am interested in a lease to buy option, on terms that will be extremely generous to the farmer. There is, at present, a single family dwelling, and a modern heated barn, on the property. The proposed growing location (about 10 - 12 acres) is spring fed.
